Wilson Palacios looks set to be fit for Honduras' World Cup opener against Chile on Wednesday.
Our all-action midfielder was injured in a friendly defeat against Romania on June 5 but was able to take a full part in his team's final training session before they flew east from Johannesburg to the Mpumalanga province for the match at the Mbombela Stadium.
Team doctor Oscar Benitez told the press: "Wilson is 100 per cent. He is training at high intensity and we are very happy. He is ready."
