Walt's dizzy!

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

A frustrated Everton boss Walter Smith argued, perhaps with some justification, that his team deserved more from Saturday’s draw at Goodison Park.
Also ravaged by injuries and struggling for form and confidence, the Toffees had the better of a scrappy Premiership affair.
While we certainly defended stoutly the home side will point to Kevin Campbell having a goal disallowed, forcing a great save from Neil Sullivan and then hitting the inside of the post in the second half.
With Niclas Alexandersson fluffing a chance from close range as well it was another case of the Mersey blues for Smith.
He moaned: “We have now gone seven games without a league win but anyone who has seen us in these recent matches would surely accept that we have deserved more.
“We deserved more from this game, too. It is getting very frustrating for us. We looked the more likely team from start to finish but just lacked that bit of fortune.
“We worked hard and had Spurs under pressure for long spells but just couldn't take the chances.
“Kevin Campbell hit a post and their keeper made some excellent saves.”
To rub salt into Smith’s wounds, he lost defender David Weir through injury within 10 minutes.
Smith added: “Weir is struggling. He could be out for a few weeks — that just about sums up our day.”

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
