The Grosvenor House Hotel in London's west end will again be the venue for one of the biggest nights of the year on Sunday - the PFA Awards Dinner.

Two players from the 12 nominees named in the two awards categories will be honoured by their fellow professionals at our star-studded bash.

PFA members up and down the country have made their choices and the successors to Cristiano Ronaldo and Cesc Fabregas will be revealed on Sunday evening.

The result of the players' vote is top secret, but visitors to the PFA's official website, Givemefootball.com, have registered their votes - and here we reveal their selections ahead of the big night....

*The fans' votes do not count towards the final outcome in the PFA Player's Player and Young Player of the Year Awards, but readers can still place their votes for the chance to win great prizes. Signed shirts of the Players' Player and Young Player of the Year are up for grabs, and here's how the voting stands at the moment....
