Posted on 1 June 2002  - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

In an exclusive video interview, Jamie Redknapp ponders on England's chances of World Cup success out in Japan.

Jamie says he is very excited by the prospect of the World Cup and insists England have a 'good chance of doing well and a good squad'. He gives a personal lowdown on players he knows well in the squad including Michael Owen, Emile Heskey, Robbie Fowler and Rio Ferdinand.

Our recent recruit from Liverpool also suggests that Brazil are a decent outside bet for the tournament, but feels France will win it.

Jamie Redknapp is just one Spur who will be contributing his World Cup views to the official website during the course of the tournament.

Christian Ziege will be having his say from the German camp and Kasey Keller will give us the lowdown on the USA. Ricky Villa will offer his viewpoint from Argentina on the big one in Sapporo, while Chris Hughton will concentrate on Ireland's fortunes.

Gus Poyet will be on hand should Uruguay make an impact and David Pleat has agreed to cast his eye over all the contenders direct from Japan and South Korea where he will be carrying out his role as one of television's most respected pundits.

So stick with us for the Spurs angle on World Cup 2002!
