Video special: Clem's frustration

Posted on 27 September 2001  - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Stephen Clemence is putting on a brave face - but he admits life is more than a bit frustrating as he battles back from a knee ligament injury.

Midfielder 'Clem' is expected to be out until Christmas after damaging the medial ligament on his left knee after being clattered by Blackburn's Garry Flitcroft in the third game of the season.

He explained: "I've had a brace on for a couple of weeks now and it is frustrating.

"I'm sitting here watching the lads training and I know it will be a few months until I'm back out there. I'm trying to be positve though and to get back as quickly as I can."
