Video special: Clem's back!

Posted on 26 November 2001  - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

The frustration is over for Stephen Clemence - after three months out, he is back in action for the reserves against Wimbledon at Stevenage Borough tonight (7pm).

'Clem' has been out for 10 weeks after a knee ligament injury sustained at Blackburn Rovers in August required surgery.

It's the longest he's been out of the game and he admitted: "It's been a frustrating time. I've never not played for that length of time and to be honest I've not been a happy boy.

"The team has been doing very well and at the start of the season I was in there and part of the starting line-up, so it's been frustrating to miss out. I aim to be back in there as soon as possible."
