Paul Robinson and Ledley King were part of an England rearguard that kept a clean sheet in a 3-0 win against Estonia in Tallinn. Our goalkeeper and Club captain played from start to finish in the Euro 2008 Group E qualifier to keep England in contention for a place in the finals in Austria and Switzerland, three points behind leading duo Croatia and Israel.

A Joe Cole turn and volley put Steve McClaren’s side ahead in the 37th minute after Peter Crouch had flicked on Wayne Bridge’s long throw.

Crouch turned goalscorer on 54 minutes when he headed past Mart Poom from a superb centre from David Beckham, who repeated the trick to supply Michael Owen for England’s third after 62 minutes.

Jermaine Jenas was an 88th minute replacement for Owen.
