Our versatile midfielder is in the much-talked about Belgian squad for the tournament finals in Brazil, along with Club-mates Jan Vertonghen and Mousa Dembele.

And as the Red Devils prepare to face Tunisia tonight, kick-off 7.45pm, in their final warm-up game ahead of the famous tournament, the 24-year-old reckons the sense of togetherness in the Belgian camp can only help their bid for glory.

“During the summer we have to stay more than one month together, so we have to stick together out on the pitch as well,” he said.

“We’re lucky because we have a good group, a young group, and we’ve known each other for a long time now.

“But with the start of the tournament coming up, we just have to make sure we are ready for this World Cup.”
