We will kick-off the group stages of the UEFA Cup with a trip to Italian side Udinese at the Stadio Friuli on October 23.
Based in north-east Italy, Udinese are currently joint-top of Serie A with Lazio having lost just one of their opening six fixtures. They beat Torino 2-0 at home on Sunday.
Our next match will be at home to Dinamo Zagreb on November 6 as Luka Modric faces his former club. Dinamo are top of the Croatian League with seven wins in their opening 10 fixtures, beating Osijek 1-0 on Sunday.
Our third match is a trip to Dutch side NEC Nijmegen at McDOS Goffertstadion on November 27. Nijmegen is in the east of the country near the German border. They are seventh in the Eredivisie after beating Feyenoord 2-0 away on Sunday.
We have a bye on matchday four and complete our fixtures against Spartak Moscow at the Lane on either December 17/18, date to be confirmed. Spartak kicked-off the season in the Champions League before being knocked out by Dinamo Kiev. Spartak are currently seventh in the Russian Premier League.
