UEFA CUP REMINDER

With another UEFA Cup Group Stage campaign tonight, we would like to remind our fans that it is essential to remain excellent ambassadors for the Club both at home and on our travels.

With another UEFA Cup Group Stage campaign tonight, we would like to remind our fans that it is essential to remain excellent ambassadors for the Club both at home and on our travels. The conduct of supporters is stringently monitored by European football’s governing body and encroachment onto the playing area or crossing the perimeter wall, even in celebration, is a serious offence.

In line with our own stadium policy to ensure White Hart Lane is a safe and enjoyable venue for everyone to watch games, standing is not permitted at UEFA Cup fixtures as the practice is unsafe in seated areas and affects the ability of others to view the action.

The throwing of objects of any description is forbidden and culprits will be identified and banned from attending future matches, likewise with offensive or racist chanting. Supporters should avoid participating in conduct that is likely to compromise themselves or the Club.

Should you witness or be affected by any such activity anywhere within the stadium, please alert the Club by taking advantage of our Texting Service to report any issues.

You can text 07766 533 225 in complete confidence and a steward will react to your information or, if you do not feel comfortable in doing so at the time, text us later with the details and the area will be closely monitored in our next home fixture.

Make texting the problem to Club officials a swift practice, put the number in your mobile and high up on your contact list. Enter 07766 533 225 under Alert Spurs or any other title you prefer and your concerns will be dealt with quickly.

Let’s make sure that the tale of taking in our UEFA Cup campaign and the season as a whole is remembered for all the right reasons on and off the pitch.
