The flying full-back made his name at the tournament in 2011, helping to prompt successful loan spells at MK Dons and Leeds during the following season, 2011-12, when he also made his first team debut here at Spurs.
He went on to join Millwall on loan in the Championship last season and was part of the England squad at the European Under-21 Championship Finals after being a regular in the qualifiers. He now has 11 caps to his name.
Adam, who had just turned 20 ahead of the tournament, played all four matches in Columbia in July/August 2011 as England progressed from the group with three draws before losing out to Nigeria in the last 16.
Harry and Alex are in the 21-man squad that flew out to Turkey this week.
The tournament kicks-off on June 21 with England’s first match against Iraq on June 23.
“I don’t think people realise how big the tournament is,” said Adam, who made 25 appearances for Millwall in the Championship last term, starting 24.
“To be honest, it was one of best experiences of my career so far and has helped me massively.
“It gave me the opportunity to play in front of Stuart Pearce and the Under-21s has followed for me after that. For Alex Pritchard and Harry Kane, it will be great to be on that stage where so many people are watching and I’m sure they will do well in Turkey.”
