The girls triumphed in the FA National Futsal Finals in Birmingham.
Futsal is mainly played indoors on a smaller playing area with a smaller-size football.
1,200 teams originally entered the competition and qualified through a regional qualifying campaign.
Ten regional winners went on to represent their region in the finals at the Birmingham Futsal Arena for the right to be crowned National Champions.
Spurs Under-14s team won every game in the group stages and then completed a memorable day by winning their semi-final and then the final by a comprehensive scoreline of 5-1.
Courtney Parsons led the way with a hat-trick with a double from Giorgina Baldwin completing the scoring.
Coach Ian Biggadike said: "The girls were magnificent at the finals and the quality of football they displayed was a real credit to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
"I am really proud of every single one of our players and I know their parents feel the same way. To be champions of England is a great feeling and a magnificent achievement, something we will remember forever."
