Trippier stops by at Global Coaching Premier Days

Hundreds of budding young players got the chance to hone their skills at our world-class Training Centre just before Christmas, with Kieran Trippier and some of our Under-23 stars even paying a surprise visit!

Taking part in our Global Coaching Premier Days on Thursday and Friday, youngsters spent time at several different coaching stations at Hotspur Way, developing different skill sets under the tutelage of our FA- and UEFA-qualified team of coaches.

As usual at our Premier Days and Player Development Programmes, there was a fun vibe around proceedings with local DJs adding a musical element to the sessions, all the while with a focus on each child making some progress in key footballing techniques.

At the end of each day, participants received awards to recognise their work, player packs and a 2017-18 Nike replica third kit.

Roughly 100 children attended on each day, with England international right-back Kieran and some of our Under-23 players (pictured, above) stopping by to observe the technical sessions and take part in a special Q&A with the participants.
