Ledley King, Aaron Lennon and Peter Crouch all featured as England opened their World Cup campaign with a 1-1 draw against the USA on Saturday.
Ledley and Aaron both started in Rustenburg with Peter a 79th-minute substitute for Emile Heskey.
Injury meant Ledley's night ended early and he was replaced at half-time by Jamie Carragher.
Aaron set-up England's best chance of the second half when his fine pass released Heskey clean through on goal, but the striker shot straight at Tim Howard.
Steven Gerrard handed England the perfect start with the opening goal after just four minutes.
However, USA managed to equalise when Robert Green spilled Clint Dempsey's 25-yard shot into the net.
