Goran Bunjevcevic (shin)
He's doing well. He's just started running in the last couple of days and feels comfortable. We'll be looking to push him on quickly over the next week or so.
Erik Edman (ankle)
He's had a couple of injections this week and while he's making good progress, realistically speaking he's not going to be back in training this week. The problem is at the back of the ankle joint. His Achilles is fine but there is inflammation right at the back of the ankle joint that will hopefully settle down. He should be able to run comfortably soon but striking the ball with the top of his foot will probably been painful and hold him back for a little while.
Stephen Kelly (broken thumb/concussion)
He had a tiny fragment of bone chipped off his thumb and the ligament was damaged as well, so he still has to wear a protective splint but as long as he checks it with the referee every time he plays the injury shouldn't stop him from playing. He's also been recovering from a head injury and he should be back in full training again this week.
Sean Davis (knee)
He's progressing well and to schedule but he won't be running for another week or so at a minimum.
Paul O'Donoghue (head)
They say things come in threes and we've had three head injuries in the last couple of months - Erik, Stephen Kelly and now Paul. He's not quite ready yet but should get back into full training some time this week.
