Simon Davies (virus)
Simon is on a running programme now. The way things are looking, it is probably going to be around mid-January that he heads back into full training. It is encouraging and he is definitely progressing well. We've just got to take it step by step.
Sean Davis (knee)
Sean is doing well and is going for a check up with the specialist today (Tues). We have to judge it by how much pain he is getting, it has been aching a bit this week so we have eased off a bit. Once it is settled we'll push on again next week.
He is on loan at Leyton Orient and took a knock to the top of his foot last week. He had some bone bruising and the tendon across the area he took the knock has been a bit sore as well and is taking a little while to settle down. It is looking good today and he is going to try and kick the ball.
He has just had a few days to recuperate basically with not having a specific injury. He is having a day with Alex (fitness coach) and will be back in full training tomorrow (Weds). He has a niggling groin problem on and off but, as soon as he has a couple of days rest, it settles down again. There is nothing we are particularly worried about.
Stephen Kelly (knee)
Stephen is doing well and is running. He will train fully on Wednesday and is a possibility for Sunday.
