The squad was together as one in the morning session and first put through their paces on a football fitness circuit, where they completed various exercises on a number of stations. They then went into a short-sided game.
The afternoon session was more about basic fitness as the lads worked on the bikes in the gym, completed a gym session and finished off with a pool session.
