Pre-season training gallery - July 7
The players continue to step up pre-season training at Hotspur Way.
Tuesday saw the lads in the gymnasium for a series of short, high-intensity exercises before taking to the training pitches where again there was a mix of technical work with the ball, including short-sided matches and the hard graft of running!
