See Spurs train at the Lane this Monday!

Kids go free at our Open Training fun day on Monday, May 5. See the First Team train and enjoy a great family day out!

Ever wondered how Premier League players prepare for games? See for yourself behind the scenes at the Lane, and experience the coaching techniques and drills of your favourite players as they're put through their paces.

As part of a packed Fun Day programme we're delighted to welcome back our legendary former captain Ledley King, who will be training alongside the First Team for his Testimonial match.

You can even win a penalty shoot-out place on the pitch for your Junior. Enter this competition today*

Plus look out for Disney XD's 'Goalmouth Show' presenters Charlotte Lade and Francis Vu who will be freestyling out on Tottenham Square. Get your face painted in Spurs colours, test your skills on our football inflatables, and say hello to Chirpy out on Tottenham Square -  plus more surprises on the day!

The fun starts out on Tottenham Square from 9am, with the team scheduled to train at 10.30am* Then we're back out on the Square for more fun activities until 2.30pm!

Ticket Prices:

• Juniors FREE! - All junior ticket(s) must be applied for with an Adult ticket.
• £5 for Adults 
• £3 for Adult One Hotspur Members

All proceeds from this event will go to the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation who are running many of the activities on the day.

Parking is available for fans on a first-come-first-served basis, until 3pm sharp on Paxton Road Car Park at a cost of £5 (enter via the former petrol station on Tottenham High Road).

*This competition closes on Friday, May 2 at midday.
