Our training camp in France took an apt twist with the Ã¢â‚¬ËœLe TourÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ in full swing as the squad and most of the staff enjoyed a couple of hours of pedal power.
There were three stages to this Tour Ã¢â‚¬â€œ although no-one was racing Ã¢â‚¬â€œ with a tough start, a more comfortable middle section and then a breezy descent to the finish.
Michael Dawson appeared to adapt best to the two wheels with an array of wheelies before the start taking him back to his youth.

The lads swapped football boots for mountain bikes as the Spurs version of the Tour de France hit the roads on Tuesday afternoon.
