Michael Dawson expects a tough examination when we step back into action against Fulham at Craven Cottage on Tuesday night.

Chris Coleman's side boast one of the best home records in the Premiership with seven wins and two draws from 11 games so far.

Indeed, only three teams have won more league games on home soil in the top flight - we've also won seven at the Lane - and Fulham's scalps include Liverpool, Bolton and, last time out, Newcastle.

"That record says it all and the fact they beat Liverpool earlier in the season shows they are capable of beating anyone at home," said Michael.

"They are a tough team to play with plenty of ability in attacking areas with the likes of McBride and Boa Morte.

"Their away form hasn't been so good but I thought they played well at White Hart Lane earlier in the season."

Jermain Defoe's strike was enough to win that game at the Lane 1-0 back in September and Michael admitted he would happily settle for the same outcome at Craven Cottage.

"It's never easy to go away in the Premiership and this will be tough, but we've done well away this season and we'll be all out to win again," he added.
