Tony, Bunje back

Posted on 19 February 2002  - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Anthony Gardner and Goran Bunjevcevic step back into reserve team action on Wednesday.

The defenders are included in Colin Calderwood's starting line-up for the FA Premier Reserve League outing at Coventry City.

'Bunje' has been out of the first team frame since December with thigh and knee problems while Anthony injured a knee in the semi-final second leg triumph against Chelsea a month ago.

"It's great news for the club that they are back in action and Steve Clemence isn't too far away either," said Colin.

"It will be a tough game. Coventry, Forest, Derby - they all give you a test on their own patch. It will be a test but that's good for us."

Spurs Reserves: Kelly, Consorti, Gardner, Bunjevcevic, Thelwell, Toner, Hughes, Kamanan, Barnard, Quilter, Snee. Subs: Sutton, Jalal, Thomas, Wettner, Marney.
