All eyes might have been on our forward line but Harry Redknapp singled out Tom Huddlestone for praise after our 5-0 win against Burnley.
With Ledley King and Jonathan Woodgate still out and Michael Dawson not quite ready for a full return in the Premier League, Tom stepped into a central defensive role alongside Sebastien Bassong and didn't put a foot wrong as we kept our first clean sheet of the season on Saturday.
He also managed an assist as his pinpoint pass out of defence set-up Robbie Keane's hat-trick goal in the second half.
An ever-present this term, Tom has showed his versatility already by playing both central defensive and midfield roles as we've won seven of nine matches in all competitions.
"I thought Tom was tremendous at centre-half," said Harry.
"He started out playing at the back as a kid and he's majestic when he plays there, he just has that air of confidence about him.
"When someone like that is so comfortable on the ball you never panic when he gets it, you think 'it's okay, Tom's got it' and he reads the game so well as well.
"He's been terrific for us this season."
