England are in Group B of the tournament, with Serbia and Italy being the other nations making up the pool. The teams finishing in the top two of the two groups will progress into the semi-finals, with the final taking place at FC Groningen's Euroborg Stadium on Saturday June 23.
Tom believes England have reason to be confident heading into the championships.
"There’s not much time off for me, but I get a bit bored during the close season sometimes when there isn’t much to do, so I’m looking forward to the tournament," he reasoned.
"We’ve beaten Germany and Holland away and have had some good results over the last year or so, so we should be going there not fearing anyone, to be honest.
"We’ve got a good squad, most of us play in the Premiership or at least have had experience of playing in the division, so we have the players to do well."
