It's been quite a week for Dele - a superb 25-yarder into the top corner to kick-off our 4-0 win against Watford, turning 21 on Tuesday and now he's been nominated for the PFA Young Player of the Year, an award he won last season. Harry Kane has also been nominated for both Young Player and Players' Player awards.
Speaking after the win against Watford, Toby, who helped us to another clean sheet, explained: "Sometimes you need that little extra in a game like that, and Dele brings it.
"He can make a difference, scoring a goal like that when you've a team like Watford defending deep with 10 men behind the ball.
"It's important to find something special and Dele certainly has that. He can do everything. He’s scored 19 goals now and he’ll keep working to get even better, that’s important.
"It's not just Dele in this team though. Chrisitian, Sonny and Harry can all score from distance and in matches like that, as I said, you might just need something special."
It was our sixth-straight win in the Premier League - equalling the Club's best in the PL - and 11th successive league win at home, a sequence now third best in our history going back to 1908.
Toby added: "We didn’t start well but then we took over, created chances, scored four goals and kept a clean sheet, so we have to be happy. After 15 minutes we were sharper, more proactive and deserved the win and with the fans behind us, it was a wonderful afternoon."
