While we appreciate that the Club has experienced issues earlier this season as we adapted to Wembley's systems, the majority of enquiries dealt with by our Ticket Office last night involved supporters:
- Using old Season Ticket/Membership cards from previous seasons which would not grant entry
- Attempting to collect tickets that were not in their name and therefore they were not given out
- Purchasing unofficial tickets from touts/fraudulent websites
- Accessing the stadium at the wrong entrances
As a result, this impacted our ability to deal with fans who did have the correct ticket collection details and the small numbers that had genuine stadium access issues.
Ahead of future games, we should like to remind our supporters to please read pre-match Wembley fan information, which is published on our website and also emailed to each match attender before every fixture to ensure they have the most up to date information.
