A specialist outside agency has already instigated a wide-ranging probe into how this crucial area of the club functions in a determined effort to enhance efficiency.
The club are imminently launching our new on-line 3D ticket booking service via this web site which the club has been working on for several months.
Said a club spokesman: "We have had a good deal of positive feedback on all aspects of the club from supporters in recent months but our Ticket Office operation is one area that appears to regularly concern fans.
"Obviously this is a crucial aspect of our entire operation because it is in our interests as much of our supporters to make it as simple as possible to book a seat at White Hart Lane.
"This is not a criticism of the current staff but an exercise to assist them in becoming the best box office in the Premiership."
