Ticket Office postal policy - A Reminder

Posted on 13 October 2009  - 12:00

Following ongoing regional postal disruption in recent months and last week's announcement of a national strike by postal workers, we wanted to take this opportunity to remind supporters of the policies in place should tickets not arrive in the post.

Following ongoing regional postal disruption in recent months and last week's announcement of a national strike by postal workers, we wanted to take this opportunity to remind supporters of the policies in place should tickets not arrive in the post.

For home matches at White Hart Lane, tickets are generally sent out approximately 6 weeks before the match date. Any tickets purchased later than this are despatched as soon as possible after the point of purchase. This usually means that there is adequate time for tickets to arrive at the delivery address well in advance of the fixture. The last day we will send tickets via first class post is usually three working days prior to a match (although this is subject to change depending on other factors which may be relevant at that time such as postal strikes). Tickets purchased after this time frame are held for collection on the day of the match from the ticket windows in Paxton Road.

Any supporter who has opted to have tickets posted at the time of purchase and whose tickets have not arrived should contact the Ticket Office no more than two working days prior to the match to arrange duplicate tickets for collection in Paxton Road on the day of the match. In order for the tickets to be collected quickly and smoothly on the day, supporters should arrive with their One Hotspur membership card (if applicable) and/or the payment card used to book the tickets.

All duplicate tickets can only be collected on the day of the match. Under no circumstances can duplicate tickets be sent out in the post or collected in the days leading up to a fixture.

For away matches, tickets are sent out as early as possible upon receipt from the host club. In the event that tickets do not arrive with supporters, duplicate tickets can be arranged via the Tottenham Hotspur Ticket Office for collection at the host venue.

Duplicate tickets can only be collected by the named person that purchased the tickets from Tottenham Hotspur and proof of ID will be required to collect tickets.

Anyone requiring duplicate tickets to be arranged for an away fixture must contact the Tottenham Hotspur Ticket Office no later than 5.00pm on the last working day before the match concerned.

We would like to thank supporters for their patience and cooperation during this ongoing disruption.
