We are pleased to confirm that our new Ticket Exchange Scheme is now up and running. Ticket Exchange allows Season Ticket Holders who have subscribed to the scheme greater flexibility.

Using the scheme they can now make their Season Ticket seat available for resale to Club Members whenever they are unable to make a match at White Hart Lane, resulting in genuine fans having greater access to tickets.

How the scheme works

Once a fixture is declared as a sell out by the Club, we will make available any seats that have been released by members of the Ticket Exchange Scheme. These seats will be sold at the full rate card price for that particular match, with 75% of this amount being given directly back to the Season Ticket Holder if another supporter purchases their seat.

It is important to note that a rebate is only awarded if the seat is sold. Seats will be sold as dictated by demand by purchases, ie, price/location/opposition. Seats cannot therefore be sold on a first submitted, first sold basis.

Season Ticket Holders who are subscribed to the scheme can access their account by visiting www.tottenhamhotspur.com/ticketexchange. Here you can manage your own Season Ticket, by releasing it for matches you are unable to attend. In the event that you later find that you are able to make the match you can reclaim your seat if your seat remains unsold. If your seat has already been sold you will not be able to reclaim it.

When you log-on to the site you will see just how easy it is to operate. You are able to release your seat in one click and decide whether you want to receive your rebate on to a Credit/Debit card of your choice, or have it held and deducted from the cost of your Season Ticket for season 2007/2008. You will also have an up-to-date summary of your account detailing how much rebate you have earned throughout the season, as well as the live status of your seat at all times. Finally, as and when your seat is sold you will receive an email confirming the transaction has gone through and inviting you to select how you wish to receive your rebate.

To complete the process you will have to provide the appropriate match voucher from your Season Ticket book to confirm that it was not used. Upon receipt of the voucher, the rebate will be made.

Junior/Senior Citizen Season Ticket Upgrades

We appreciate that on some occasions certain supporters will be unable to attend some weekend or evening matches and would like to pass the ticket on to a friend or relative. In order to remain consistent with the new scheme, anyone wishing to upgrade seats from now on must register with the Ticket Exchange Scheme. It will then be possible to simply call the Ticket Office and confirm that you wish to upgrade the seat. The seat will then be sold at the full rate card price for that particular match, with 75% of the concession price being rebated to the Season Ticket Holder.

If you are a Season Ticket Holder and have not yet subscribed to the scheme, you can do so for a joining fee of £15.00. To subscribe to the scheme, CLICK HERE.
