It also contains detailed contact information, our ticketing policies and the answers to frequently asked questions.
There are individual sections on season tickets, home and away, plus details of the ticket purchasing system relating to Club Members and Junior Spurs Members together with the procedure that Non-Members should follow.
Our Loyalty Scheme policy is outlined together with information on our Ticket Allocation Policy.
General information relating to fixture changes, restricted views, children and senior citizen tickets, family matches, availability, disabled supporters, match ticket upgrades and internet bookings is also included.
In addition to all the essential Club contact numbers that any fan could need, the booklet contains directions to the ground and an outline plan of the stadium.
