THTV Update

Posted on 7 September 2003  - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

It's all happening on THTV - our superb online video service - which this week has been packed with exclusive interviews direct from Spurs Lodge.

Subscribers to the service have had the chance to view the first interview with Paul Konchesky as a Spurs player, a chat with Christian Ziege on his return to the training ground after injury and Robbie Keane giving us a progress report on his ankle injury.

That was not all, Chris Hughton discussed the capture of French midfielder Stephane Dalmat, Colin Calderwood talked reserves, while Hans Segers gave his views on the departure of Neil Sullivan.

All of this is housed within the 'Link to the Lodge' channel and next week we launch two new features - 'Academy Hotseat' and 'The Smartest Cookie' - and text versions of both can be found on the 'Spurs Lodge' Members/JSMs website.

In Hotseat we place the spotlight on the boys from our youth system and attempt to get to know them as they strive to make an impression at the club. In 'The Smartest Cookie', we attempt to seek out the brightest spark at the club with a quiz game that is catching the imagination of the Spurs Lodge inhabitants and is already getting slightly competitive.

Also next week we will continue our build-up to the big match at Chelsea, which has already started with Robbie Keane explaining the threat posed by his Republic of Ireland teammate Damien Duff.
