Supporters who have already purchased their third shirt and have experienced problems with the quality of their shirts will as promised, be able to exchange it at designated Spurs Shops shortly. Priority will be given to these supporters.
We will confirm a date for the exchange process as soon as possible, together with further information on where and when you can exchange your shirt if you need to do so. Any stock available AFTER the exchange process has been completed will then go on general sale, although please be aware, we will only have limited stock available.
If you have experienced problems with the quality of your shirt, you can still chose to select one of the options offered below:
Option A: Re-application of the Club Badge on existing shirts and shorts – Kit can be sent to PUMA where the badge will be re-applied and then returned. To do this please collect pre-addressed bags from our Megastore at White Hart Lane or use the Freepost address below. Don’t forget to include your return address. Your new shirt should be with you within seven to ten working days.

Option B: Opt for replacement kit – this will be available shortly for direct exchange via one of our Spurs Shops at White Hart Lane, our Harlow branch or Mail Order. Socks can also be replaced at this time.
Option C: Full refund upon return of the kit.
Once again PUMA and the Club apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope that the above represent full and complete options for all those whose shirts stemmed from the original defective batch.

Our Carling Cup clash with MK Dons saw the team run out in our chocolate third kit. We are aware that supporters are awaiting information on the availability of this kit, following its highly successful launch earlier in the summer.
