As promised, here are the options available to fans who have experienced problems with the quality of the logo application on our chocolate third kit.

As promised, here are the options available to fans who have experienced problems with the quality of the logo application on our chocolate third kit.

We have now been informed that replacement kit will be available mid-October. Fans can, therefore, now select one of the options offered below:.

Option A: Re-application of the logo on existing kit shirts and shorts – Kit can be sent to PUMA where the logos will be re-applied and then returned. To do this please collect pre-addressed bags from our Megastore at White Hart Lane (these will be available from Saturday August 26) or use the Freepost address to send the kit, complete with addresses for return mail. This should happen within 7–10 working days.

OR

Option B: Opt for replacement kit – this will be available from mid-October for direct exchange via our Megastore at White Hart Lane, our Harlow branch or Mail Order. Socks will be replaced at this time.

OR

Option C: The option will remain of a full refund upon return of the kit.

Once again PUMA and the Club apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope that the above represent full and complete options for all those whose shirts stemmed from the original defective batch.
