WE HAD played twice in four days already before Blackburn and the last one against Liverpool was 120 minutes, so there was always that worry before the game on Saturday.
In the first 20 minutes you could see that we had the better team but that doesn't always mean you are going to get a result. If you are better than a team, you should kill them off, so we are working on that. I think we have to be a bit sharper and to give the front men more support but that's all about building a new team.
I felt we were on edge all the time, it was the same against Liverpool, Arsenal and at Villa, where we should have had a draw.
We are looking better though. The most positive thing is that players are coming back from injuries. Anthony Gardner is back for instance and that gives us more options.
We've had two good wins and I'm still disappointed not to be in the semi-final of the Carling Cup, but we were unlucky as well that night after the first half. Anyway, we have to forget that.
It doesn't mean we are there yet because it's only two wins but we are a couple of places higher in the league now, we have more confidence and I hope the supporters appreciate that.
We are doing well, the spirit is high and that's always been the case this season. Life isn't easy in the Premiership, the pressure is on the club, everyone talks about Spurs and everyone knows we are working on making another terrific Spurs side.
