Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

It was incredibly disappointing for us all against Arsenal on Saturday. One thing we mustn't do is allow ourselves, at this stage of the season with so much still to play for, is get so down that we don't bounce back as quickly as we want to.

The Simon Davies incident was probably as disappointing for us, but we didn't start the game well and gave away a poor first goal from our point of view. With 11 men on the pitch, even if you don't play well, you are still capable of getting something.

Maybe a bit of fortune, a lucky goal, and you are back in the game. It turns, but with ten men against this Arsenal side it was always going to be very difficult.

What do you say to the players after a result like that? I think it's a bit of everything. One thing you have got to do, particularly when it comes to goals, is make them aware of the fact that we have conceded too many.

If you look each goal on its merits, we've got to drum it home that we can't afford to give them away in the manner that we did.

Of course, our reaction was probably not as fierce as it might have been because we know how the dismissal of Simon affected us and our ability to get back into the game.

In training early this week it was a case of getting their heads back up again. After that it was very much about focusing on the next game and drilling home to the players that two wins, in the position we are, possibly takes you from ninth back into the top six.

We've got an opportunity now, with a home game coming up, of redressing the balance and putting an end to this poor run. Playing at home in three out of the next four will give us some confidence.

What we keep saying to the players is, 'if we want to be where we feel we deserve to be then we've got to earn it'. The league table doesn't generally tell lies at any stage of the season and they'll be lots of teams feeling that they're playing well but just can't score or have been unfortunate.

For us to climb back into the top places we've got to work hard and make sure we deserve to be there. We now have that opportunity. We have home games and, if you are not winning enough of them, then you are not going to be in a decent position.

We've got to come out of this run and, once we do, we've got to get a period of consistent good results going.

Leeds are next and they have gone through mixed fortunes of late, culminating in a home defeat to Bolton. You've got to use these things to your own .

They are going through a difficult period and we can't feel sorry for them. We've got to think about ourselves and do the job right.

Leeds have lost Rio Ferdinand and Robbie since last season but still have a strong pool of players, without a doubt. They have a potential winning side; they've got enough quality players to have a good season.

Nobody says they are not going to have a good season, they've just had a difficult and poor start by their standards. They are a side that is very capable of putting a run together and still finish in a good position in the league because of the players they've got.
