Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

When signing the application form you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, we therefore advise you keep these for your reference.
In these Terms and Conditions:-
"the Club" means Tottenham Hotspur Football Club;
"the Stadium" means White Hart Lane Stadium, Bill Nicholson Way, 748 High Road, Tottenham, London N17 0AP;
"Members" means those members of the Club's Membership scheme;
"Members Office" means Paxton Road, Tottenham, London N17 0AP.

1. General

1.1 Members must at all times conduct themselves in such a manner and do everything within their control to protect and enhance the good name and reputation of the Club.

1.2 Members hereby acknowledge and accept that the right to purchase tickets for matches played at the Stadium is not guaranteed and that consequently advance booking of tickets is recommended. All rights to tickets are expressly subject to availability and the Club's prior commitments.

1.3 The Club reserves the right to refuse or close membership of its Members Club without prior notice or reason.

1.4 The Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

1.5 No refunds whatsoever will be given in respect of any membership fees paid.

1.6 The dates of all matches being played at the Stadium are subject to revision and change due to television coverage and other circumstances and we advise you to ring our Spurs Ticketline 0870 420 5000 or visit our website

2. Membership Cards and Tickets

2.1 The membership card remains the property of the Club at all times.

2.2 Match tickets purchased are non-transferable and are only valid when used by the person to whom they are registered. Under no circumstances whatsoever are Members permitted to sell any tickets to a third party.

2.3 JSM/JSM Dribblers and Senior Citizens are entitled to purchase tickets at concessionary prices subject to availability and further subject to providing evidence of age.

2.4 In order to gain admission to the stadium a Member must produce to the turnstile operator a valid members card registered in their name together with the appropriate match ticket. You may be asked to provide further identity before entry to the stadium.

2.5 If Members arrive at the Stadium without their members card they may be able to obtain a temporary membership voucher from the Members Office at a non-refundable cost of £10.00 provided they have with them proof of identity at that time. The Club reserves the right to withdraw this facility at any time without prior notice.

2.6 If the members card is lost or stolen then written confirmation should be supplied to the Members Office together with a police report number. A non-refundable administration fee of £10.00 will be required to be paid before a new members card is issued. However, permanent replacement members cards will not be issued on a match day.

2.7 Members cards are issued subject to such rules and regulations as the Club may make from time to time including:-

2.7.1 the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, the Football Association, the FA Premier League and the Football League in respect of the relevant competition; and

2.7.2 the ground regulations for the time being which are on display at the Stadium.

2.8 If Members are arrested for any offence in the Stadium or in connection with any football match anywhere in the World or if they are ejected from the Stadium for any reason they must immediately surrender their membership card on demand to a Club official or police officer.

2.9 The Club reserves the right to suspend or withdraw membership and all related benefits without compensation or reimbursement if Members are in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions set out herein.

3. Season Ticket Holders

Season Ticket Holders for season 2004/2005 are automatically members for this season but are not entitled to ticketing rights under the membership scheme.

4. Standing

4.1 In accordance with the Club?s ground regulations when attending matches members must remain in their seats while the game is in progress or when requested to do so by a steward or other Club official.

4.2 Members acknowledge that persistent standing while play is in progress can result in ejection from the Stadium and, in persistent cases, confiscation of their membership card.
