Without hesitation, Jurgen Klinsmann places Teddy Sheringham right at the top of the pile of his striking partners.
The pair notched up over a half-century of goals after forging a memorable partnership in season 1994-95.
Jurgen bagged 29 of those 52 goals in what he insists as his best season at club level and describes the partnership as almost telepathic.
He said: "I had two exceptional partnerships, one with Rudi Voller in the national team and then, from a club point of view, Teddy Sheringham.
"We almost had a blind understanding. I knew where he was and he knew where I was and we supported each other the whole time.
"That was perfect on the field but even off the field, more wonderful is that I found him a real friend, someone who supports you even when things go wrong.
"When you have people like Teddy and Gary Mabbutt in the team when you have come from overseas and you don't know the environment, or the media world in that league, or your team-mates, all the things that are new, then you are lucky. I was lucky."
