Teddy Sheringham has added to the positive vibes coming out of Spurs Lodge before Saturday's trip to Anfield.
The skipper believes we can put on a good show in the Premiership's clash of the day as leaders Liverpool play host to us in third.
Teddy said: "It's a great game for us to be involved with and the way we're playing, without blowing our own trumpets too much, we can go up there and put on a good show.
"Who knows? We're playing with a lot of confidence at the moment and we've got a chance of going up there and getting a result."
Teddy, no stranger to success at Anfield, reflected that although our performance in a 1-0 defeat there last season was impressive, we now have that cutting edge and extra ability to score goals.
"I thought it was a good performance last year other than making chances," he said. "At the moment we're getting into the last third and we've got Matty who can get around the back, Simon bursting through and Robbie is always capable of something. We can also score goals from midfield. When you've got the ability to score from all over the pitch it gives you a chance."
And he added that he and Robbie Keane were enjoying their partnership up front.
"We're enjoying our football and winning games that's all you can do. If the team is playing well, the front two have a chance.
"We're all playing with confidence, I'm playing, Robbie's playing and we're enjoying winning together.
"But having said that, we've got Les, Steffen, Sergei all waiting to come in and they are all very good players. Hopefully they'll come in and do a good job when they get a chance."
