Teddy targets Europe

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Teddy Sheringham has re-set his sights on European qualification via the Premiership.

The focus is now on our league programme after the weekend's disappointing FA Cup exit at Southampton.

We're currently ninth in the Premiership, three points off the top six and a further point adrift of Everton, who we now face in a crucial televised affair at the Lane on Sunday.

Skipper Teddy insisted: "We've still got a good chance of getting into Europe.

"We're ninth at the moment and we want to be challenging for European places. That's what we need to do now.

"They are all crunch games. Everton are doing well at the moment and that makes it a big game but looking at the teams we haven't played yet, we have to play most of the teams up there once more and they will all be big games.

"Everyone is in the same boat. There are a lot of teams competing for European places and we're one of them."
