Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Teddy Sheringham and Ledley King have been named in the England squad for the friendly against Italy on Wednesday.

Spurs skipper Teddy was reassured by coach Sven Goran Eriksson when he was left out of his last squad against Holland and, sure enough, he is back in the 27 for Elland Road.

Eriksson revealed that defender Ledley was due to make his full debut against the Dutch last month and hinted that will be in the running for his first senior cap this time around.

"Ledley was to have made his debut against Holland," Eriksson revealed as he named the squad on the FA's official website. "So it’s important that he has another chance to show us what he can do."

Squad in full: Wright (Arsenal), James (West Ham), Martyn (Leeds); Cole, Campbell (Arsenal), Ferdinand, Mills (Leeds), G Neville, P Neville (Manchester United), Ehiogu, Southgate (Middlesbrough), Bridge (Southampton), King (Tottenham); Hargreaves (Bayern Munich), Lampard (Chelsea), Gerrard (Liverpool), Beckham, Scholes, Butt (Manchester United), Dyer (Newcastle), Cole, Sinclair (West Ham); Vassell (Villa), Fowler (Leeds), Heskey, Owen (Liverpool), Sheringham (Tottenham).
