We beat the Cottagers three times out of three last season - home and away in the Premiership, including a 4-0 thumping at the Lane, and a 2-1 win in the Worthington Cup.
Skipper Teddy, who fired us to the top of the Premiership with his last-gasp penalty against Southampton, believes those memories will drive Jean Tigana's men on.
"We beat them three times last season but that means nothing this season," said Teddy.
"The slate has been wiped clean and they'll certainly look to put one over us this time around.
"It will be a very tough game. They played some very good football against us at times last season but didn't get the rub of the green when it mattered.
"We'll have to make sure we are ready for them. It's another London derby, we've started well and we want to keep that momentum going."
Teddy Sheringham says we have to be prepared for a Fulham backlash at Loftus Road on Wednesday night.
