"They have a solid and settled team and are high in the table," said Martin. "For me, it's different at the moment.
"They play a very organised style of football and maybe they haven't got an individual who you would say 'he's a star' but that's perhaps the strength of the team.
"It's the same as Everton, they play as a team and get the results.
"We have to be organised, to attack because we want to score goals and try not to make the errors that led to goals against Arsenal."
Martin Jol believes the strength of Aston Villa is with the team rather than any individual.
