Jermaine Jenas remains out of action for our UEFA Cup tie against Anorthosis Famagusta on Thursday - but Martin Jol hopes he might return in time for Liverpool on Sunday.

The midfielder has missed our last two games with an ankle injury and hasn't travelled to Cyprus. "JJ's still out, but hopefully he'll return on Sunday," reported Martin from the Antonis Papadopoulos Stadium before our first round, second leg tie.

Aaron Lennon also misses out with a knee injury. "Aaron has slight swelling on his knee and hasn't travelled as a precaution," added Martin.

Meanwhile, the manager has been hit by an injury blow to defender Ricardo Rocha, who is expected to be out for up to 10 weeks after undergoing ankle surgery on Tuesday.

Teemu Tainio is suspended while Kevin-Prince Boateng, Adel Taarabt, Leigh Mills, Simon Dawkins and Academy midfielder Jake Livermore are all in the squad.

We lead 6-1 from the first leg at the Lane - kick-off is 5.45pm local time (3.45pm UK).
