Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

David Pleat is 'hopeful' Dean Richards will be fit to face Wolves but Darren Anderton faces a late fitness test before Saturday's clash.

Defender Dean missed Wednesday night's Carling Cup triumph over Manchester City with a slight groin strain.

Midfielder Darren, who opened the scoring against City, picked up a foot injury later in the game.

Rohan Ricketts is in the squad after his calf problem alongside Fredi Kanoute, who made a goalscoring return after six weeks out. Bobby Zamora remains out.

Acting boss David reported this afternoon: "Hopefully Dean will be in the squad. He wasn't in the squad against City and has been having treatment for a groin problem.

"Darren got injured early on in that game and will have a fitness test. He picked up a foot injury in a tackle. Rohan Ricketts is fit but Bobby Zamora is out with a very minor calf strain."

Simon Davies (hip), Jamie Redknapp and Christian Ziege (both knee) are still sidelined.

Meanwhile, the Dubious Goals Panel has decided that Blackburn's goal against us last weekend is recorded as a Stephen Carr own goal and will not be credited to Vratislav Gresko.

Reserve midfielder Lee Barnett has been released by the club and we wish him well for the future.
