Erik Edman (head), Thimothee Atouba (knee) and Anthony Gardner (foot) have been joined on the sidelines by midfielder Sean Davis who is out for up to three months following knee surgery on Wednesday.
At least Edman has started training again this week after suffering a head injury at Everton.
Better news sees skipper Jamie Redknapp is available again after completing his suspension.
"I thought this week was going to be a good week for training but we've had seven players out, although Naybet and Kanoute are ready for Saturday," said Jacques.
Once again, the left side of the team is under review with Atouba and Edman out although Jacques hinted that he'll stick with Goran Bunjevcevic at left-back.
"Goran has had two good matches against Bolton and Fulham and it's possible for him, Mauricio Taricco or Reto Ziegler to play there because he has played there in Switzerland," he added. "I will wait until the last training session tomorrow before making my choice."
Jacques Santini will be without four players for the Premiership clash against Charlton at the Lane.
