Noureddine Naybet is a possible starter against Norwich after returning to training this week following a groin problem.
However, Stephen Kelly will miss out having not fully recovered from his knee injury, Simon Davies and Sean Davies are the longer-term absentees.
"Stephen Kelly is still injured with his knee ligament," reported Martin Jol. "Noureddine Naybet is back in training and looks alright, while Sean Davis is still a couple of weeks away - the same with Simon Davis - until they can be involved again. Erik Edman is back."
Meanwhile, Martin expects a tough examination as the team seek to make it five wins in a row in the Barclays Premiership.
"We played against them at home and it was a draw. They could have won it in the last minutes when Huckerby went through one on one.
"They played well against Bolton then played Chelsea away. They have only lost three games at home out of nine so it is a difficult one."
