The pair missed last weekend's opening day win at Portsmouth with Edgar suffering a knee problem and Robbie turning his ankle over in training late last week.
They are in a 17-man squad alongside Aaron Lennon, who gets a call-up following an injury to Wayne Routledge.
"Yes, both are in the squad," confirmed Head Coach Martin Jol this afternoon. "I'm very happy with that because it was a blow to lose them last week and we've been unlucky with Wayne this week.
"We have to find a solution to the right side but I think we'll cope, Andy Reid can play on the right and we have other options.
"Aaron Lennon is in the squad and he's a similar player to Wayne, so that's something else to think about as well."
Winger Wayne picked up a foot injury at Portsmouth and is one of seven players out alongside Michael Brown (foot/stomach), Ledley King (groin), Mounir El Hamdaoui (ankle), Noe Pamarot, Sean Davis and Tom Huddlestone (all knee).
Martin added: "Michael played 45 minutes for the reserves, did well, is training with us and is getting fitter and fitter. Ledley still has a minor problem, Noe is still out but Sean will play in the reserves' next game.
"Mounir's ankle is getting better but Wayne is out for a couple of weeks with a little stress fracture of the foot.
"Tom did very well for us but he could be out for weeks with a knee injury and that's why he's not in the squad."
Edgar Davids and Robbie Keane are in the squad for Saturday's Premiership clash against Middlesbrough at the Lane.
