Flying winger Aaron missed Saturday's clash at Manchester United after suffering stiffness in his knee last week while striker Dimitar picked up a groin injury on international duty with Bulgaria on September 2. Both are with the squad here in Prague.
Midfielders Hossam Ghaly and Danny Murphy also have slight injuries and haven't travelled.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference at Slavia's Straha Stadium on Wednesday afternoon, Martin said: "Berbatov still has a minor problem with his groin and will have a test later.
"Lennon's injury has settled down. We will do a fitness test with him as well and there is a possibility that he will be considered for selection.
"Ghaly has a problem with his groin so he stayed in London and Danny Murphy has a slight calf problem, so he stayed as well."
Martin Jol reports that both Aaron Lennon and Dimitar Berbatov face late fitness tests before Thursday night's UEFA Cup tie against Slavia Prague.
