Anthony Gardner returns to the first team squad for the trip to Elland Road to face Leeds United on Saturday.
The elegant central defender has now featured in three reserve games following his return from the hamstring injury sustained at Chelsea at the beginning of February.
Steffen Iversen made his reserve comeback this week, completing 45 minutes of the win against Fulham on Monday and Glenn suspects that the striker will have to be eased along.
"We've got to nurse Steffen back - his back tightens up a little bit, but he's getting there slowly," said Glenn on Thursday.
"Anthony has now had his third knock in the reserves and is a bit stiff today, but that is to be expected. He is plus for us and he is getting closer."
Glenn also revealed that Dean Richards is now back in training, while Jamie Redknapp and Ben Thatcher are doing running and some ball work. Christian Ziege is the only long-term absentee.
"People like Dean Richards have started training and he had his first real session back with the boys today - so he needs a good week next week. Jamie has done some running and ball work, so he is started on his comeback. Ben Thatcher is the same.
"It is Christian who is a bit longer-term at the moment.
Meanwhile, young striker Jamie Slabber is out of contention with an ankle injury.
"Young Jamie has had this ankle problem off and on for probably a year. He turned it quite badly in a reserve game so it has been very frustrating for him."
