Moroccan international Noureddine has battled against a groin injury in recent weeks and also suffered an ankle problem in the Boxing Day win at Norwich City.
He sat out the draw against Palace on Tuesday alongside Thimothee, who also picked up and injury at Carrow Road.
Stephen Kelly, Sean Davis and Simon Davies remain out.
Head Coach Martin Jol reported: "Naybet is back. He had a slight problem with his groin but he's had that for months now.
"His ankle was a problem at Norwich but he played the full 90 minutes so I made the decision not to play him against Palace because we have good cover. I put Anthony Gardner in the side without doubts and he did well.
"Stephen Kelly is still out with a ligament injury and Atouba is a problem, it's a ligament as well but on the other side, a lateral ligament.
"Simon Davies and Sean Davis will be a matter of weeks. I think Sean Davis will be in full training at the end of the month, so it's another four weeks. Simon Davies is recovering and that will be another three, four weeks. Mid-January is too early for them, it's more like the end of the month."
Noureddine Naybet is set to return against Everton but Thimothee Atouba remains out for the New Year's Day clash at the Lane.
